Spring 2026 Management Trainee Intern Kendall
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Management Trainee Intern to help build valuable business and leadership skills. This internship program offers university/college students the opportunity to gain real-world experience while taking on the same challenges as full-time professionals.

Responsibilities
Learn what it takes to run a successful business
Acquire highly marketable skills in management
Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles
Take care of customers
Develop marketing strategies
Build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects
Engage in friendly competition with peers
Qualification
Required
Must be a Senior or rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting January 14th
