ATEC Wireless is seeking a Telecom Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer I to join their team. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting T-Mobile’s nationwide fixed and wireless network to improve processes and reduce outages.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot outage, simplex, and frame loss tickets
Create tickets with vendors
Coordinate with T-Mobile field teams
Answer and manage incoming calls
Mining various systems for data analysis
Leading or participating in conference calls to identify process issues leading to outages
Providing statistics and post-outage reviews to recommend preventive measures

Required

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required

NOC or transport-related work experience
Nice to have: CCNA certification
