Responsibilities
Drive the CEO’s top priorities, from company-wide OKRs to critical cross-functional initiatives
Help with Go to market - including booking calls, preparing decks and conducting company researches
Wear different hats across all functions such as HR management, accounting and finance management
Act as a thought partner and sounding board on strategic decisions
Build lightweight processes that scale as the company grows without slowing velocity
Anticipate and resolve operational issues, to elevate customer success, and internal efficiencies
Lead high-impact, ambiguous projects that don’t have a clear owner - ranging from Marketing initiatives, Sales to Fundraising
Run point on partnerships, research, and external opportunities as delegated by the CEO
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience as a founder, or in management consulting, operations, or in an early-stage startup environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication, can synthesize complex ideas clearly
Highly analytical; comfortable working with data and financial models
Strong project management; able to drive initiatives from 0→1 with little oversight
Founder-like - bias to action, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity
Low-ego team player who thrives in fast-moving environments
Hungry to learn and grow; motivated by building something from the ground up
