Influencer Marketing Manager
MSC Cruises is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing the influencer strategy to support brand and business objectives. Responsibilities
Develop and oversee influencer marketing initiatives to align with business goals
Ensure influencer partnerships support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives
Execute on strategy to leverage influencers for paid marketing to conversion and support key products
Manage agency performance, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals
Provide strategic direction to optimize influencer partnerships and content execution
Develop and communicate key project details, deliverables, and expectations to influencers and the agency
Oversee campaign timelines, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing initiatives
Lead the internal influencer program to maximize cost-efficiency and impact
Foster long-term relationships with influencers to drive sustained engagement
Partner with the social media team to coordinate influencer-led content production
Maintain the influencer calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns
Oversee content usage strategy, including leveraging UGC and optimizing assets for paid and organic distribution
Utilize data-driven insights to identify and vet influencers based on reach, engagement, audience fit, and brand alignment
Ensure partnerships reflect brand values and drive measurable impact
Develop post-campaign recaps and insights-driven reports
Analyze influencer performance data to optimize future collaborations
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including campaign strategy and execution
Proven ability to manage and scale influencer campaigns
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and emerging trends
Experience with influencer marketing metrics, reporting, and campaign analysis
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, BrandWatch, Netbase, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Analytics, Twitter Analytics)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams and managing external partners
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
US Passport or US Permanent Resident
