Lead daily operations with precision, including staffing, inventory, food safety, and customer service

Maintain a strong, professional presence that sets the tone for the entire team

Be consistently punctual and hold your team to high standards of attendance and professionalism

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on reducing turnover

Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes growth and long-term retention

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with care and urgency

Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability

Execute local marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community

Required

2–5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience (McDonald's or similar preferred)

Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or hospitality is a plus

Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
