Qualification
Required
18 years old and older
Experience in managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
Ability to set goals and delegate tasks to teams
Experience in training kitchen staff in production procedures
Experience in hiring and training qualified crew
Ability to schedule staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
Experience in delivering a memorable customer experience
Ability to train service staff in service procedures
