Responsibilities

Maintain compliance of the regulatory requirements of assigned properties

Supervise, train, and make employment recommendations for assigned Community Managers regarding compliance reporting and activities

Travel to properties in Los Angeles and San Diego County

Required

2 years of direct experience with Section 42 (Tax Credit) and/ or Section 8 is required or; Experience from Mortgage, Insurance, or Financial industries working with compliance and regulations will have transferable skills that will be considered

Must exhibit professional appearance compatible with company image, positive attitude, energetic, assertive, and capable of being a role model for subordinates

Must be able to travel to properties in Los Angeles County

Must be detail oriented

Ability to interact with a wide range of personalities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be computer literate

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Reliable transportation

Valid Driver's license

Must have proof of Auto Insurance
