Help shape assortment strategies based on data analysis
Assist with planograms to optimize product placement
Ensure retail partners have the necessary data to drive results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
1+ years of experience in sales, analytics, or category management
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Familiarity with space planning software and retail data analysis
Interest or experience in the fishing industry is a plus!
Bonus points if you're familiar with space planning tools or know your way around a tackle box!
Willingness to travel occasionally
