Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, error-free code and validate applications independently
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
Support help desk operations and resolve tickets efficiently
Collaborate with global teams and support remote users, including shipping equipment and troubleshooting
Mentor junior developers and assist technical leads in design and review activities

Qualification

Required

Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries
Skilled in interpreting and writing JSON for data exchange and integration
Experience using API tools like Postman for testing and debugging
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS and Amazon Athena
Familiarity with Databricks and collaborative data workflows
Strong understanding of software development, debugging, and testing practices
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including overlap with US time zones (up to 02:30 AM IST)
Experience in the healthcare domain

Preferred

Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and deriving insights from complex datasets
Experience in help desk support and ticket resolution
Skilled in documenting SOPs and technical workflows
Knowledge of FHIR standards and healthcare data formats
Familiarity with agile methodologies and integrated development environments (IDEs)
Technical certifications and completion of mandatory training programs
