Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for high-availability applications

Lead efforts around system reliability, scalability, and performance tuning

Develop and implement automation strategies for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring

Ensure security best practices are implemented across environments (network, data, access)

Define and manage Terraform templates and Azure infrastructure

Collaborate with engineering teams to support development, deployment, and operational needs

Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and security vulnerabilities — and fix them before they impact users

Required

5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering

Strong expertise in Azure and Terraform

Proven experience managing security, monitoring, and automation in production environments

Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and infrastructure scaling

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred

Experience in compliance-heavy or regulated industries (finance, healthcare, legal, etc.)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with incident response, threat detection, or vulnerability management
