Responsibilities
Lead the development and growth of digital products
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Legal, and Business stakeholders
Execute the product roadmap and prioritize features
Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and strategic business goals
Collaborate with Product Analysts, Data Scientists, and the Product Designer
Shape the business context and define the rationale behind initiatives
Work with external solution providers and government entities
Independently prepare documentation and resources for the organization and clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Manager role (preferably in a regulated industry such as identity, fintech, or crypto)
Experience in building SaaS products will be considered an advantage
Good knowledge of the latest trends and practices in the digital identity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach
Fluency in English (Polish is a plus)
