They are seeking a highly energetic and collaborative Senior Quality Auditor to perform audits of transactions processed by health plan administration associates and to provide feedback for quality improvement.

Responsibilities
Perform audit of transactions processed by health plan administration associates for multiple customers or transaction types
Serve as an escalation resource for individual associates and Quality Auditors when there is a dispute regarding transaction errors
Be responsible for following the customer quality process and tools for audit and rebuttal process
Share QA results with individual associates, coordinate with operational Team Leads and managers to provide feedback to individuals, clearly identifying errors and opportunities of improvement
Collate, compile and reports both team and individual associates’ QA performance to management and individuals
Provide inputs to Training team and Team Leads for up-to-date processing instruction/refresher training needs
Audit the auditors as required and perform inter-rater reliability testing among auditors
Qualification
Required
5 years of applicable health plan claims operations experience
High proficiency in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good understanding and ability to analyze contractual SLAs and KPIs
Excellent People skills – ability to provide feedback in a positive environment
Excellent comprehension and communication skill (verbal and written)
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate with Customers teams and represent UST Global
Minimum of High School Diploma
Preferred
At least 2 years of quality auditing experience
Some college preferred
