Responsibilities
Maintain and augment our forecast of revenue and contribution margin
Conduct variance analysis to identify key performance drivers, highlight areas of risks & opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Design, build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis and strategic decision-making
Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects
Leverage Python and/or SQL to automate reporting, streamline data pipelines, and improve forecasting accuracy
Continuously improve financial planning processes, tools, and data sources to enhance scalability, efficiency and accuracy
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis; able to integrate data from multiple systems into driver-based models
Intermediate SQL required; Python proficiency for data analysis, automation, or forecasting preferred
Demonstrated experience in valuation or transaction services or strategic finance operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for executives
Proven ability to lead projects independently, structure ambiguous problems, and influence cross functional stakeholders
A passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and innovation in financial processes
Preferred
Degree in STEM field plus MBA preferred
Experience with data tools such as Alteryx and Power BI a plus
Prior experience at Big 4 a plus
