Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the EDR team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective operations
Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline EDR processes and improve overall efficiency
Manage the lifecycle of electronic documents, ensuring proper indexing, storage, retrieval, and disposal in accordance with established policies and regulations
Maintain and administer electronic document management systems, databases, and related software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions to meet organizational needs
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices
Analyze EDR operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Provide training and support to end-users on electronic document management systems and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on EDR operations and activities

Required

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the Computer Science or Information Management field
Excellent leadership, supervisory, and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
Proficient in electronic document management systems, databases, and related software applications
Knowledge of records management principles, practices, and relevant laws and regulations
Ability to analyze and streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and security
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in a government or regulated industry environment
Knowledge of information security principles and best practices
Familiarity with cloud-based document management solutions
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Experience with process automation and workflow optimization
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Records Information Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
