STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLER
JBRND is seeking a Structural Assembler to join their team. The role involves assembling structural components according to blueprints, performing quality control inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely assembly.

Responsibilities
Assemble structural components and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, fit, and fasten components
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions to determine the correct assembly procedures
Verify dimensions and alignment to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
Inspect assembled components and structures for defects or inconsistencies
Perform measurements and tests to ensure the integrity and functionality of assembled products
Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in the assembly process
Report any malfunctions or needed repairs to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Work closely with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate assembly
Communicate effectively to address any issues or changes in assembly procedures
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, parts used, and completed work
Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
3-5 years experience
Must have knowledge of drilling, reaming, riveting, sealing and hi-lock installation
Possess own tools, ability to use tools and machines to perform tasks
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus
Proven experience as a structural assembler or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly procedures
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle various assembly tasks and lift heavy materials
