Responsibilities

Build and execute the global HR roadmap aligned to both sales priorities and company-wide people strategies
Advise Sales Leaders on workforce planning, org design, talent strategies, and change management
Anticipate future business needs and propose actionable, scalable HR solutions
Enable high-performing sales teams through effective structure, process, and leadership development
Strengthen leadership capability through global frameworks in performance, succession planning, and talent development
Track and measure HR impact across Sales—leadership effectiveness, engagement, performance, and business outcomes
Use people analytics and AI-driven insights to guide decision-making, build efficiency, and measure results
Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement across a diverse global workforce

Required

Significant global HRBP experience, partnering directly with senior commercial leaders
Demonstrated impact in fast-scaling SaaS / Ad-Tech or similarly dynamic environments
Proven success leading, developing, and empowering global HRBP teams
Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using people data to inform decisions and drive performance
Experience leading or contributing to org design, workforce planning, and scalable people processes
A track record of building strong talent pipelines, leadership capability, and high-performing teams
Ability to operate across time zones in a global matrixed environment; hybrid NYC presence required
