Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of common areas, landscaping, sidewalks, parking lots, and trash disposal areas, including pet waste and litter removal
Inspect and maintain outdoor equipment, structures, and amenities, ensuring safety and functionality
Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of community amenities, and ensure they are neat and orderly
Clean, maintain, and repair signage, pool furniture, fitness equipment, and front kick plates
Roll out dumpsters, manage trash removal, and organize recyclable areas
Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report hazards or needed repairs to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
Assist with trash removal from vacated units and notify the Service Manager of bulk pick-up needs
Respond to resident concerns regarding grounds and exterior areas promptly and professionally
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, maintaining a neat, clean appearance
Comply with dress code and safety guidelines, be available to work weekends as needed

Required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn safety protocols and compliance standards to minimize liability and ensure the property remains in top condition
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver's license and insurance are required
A polished, professional appearance with the ability to represent the brand with pride
