They are seeking a Router Ops CNC Technician for the 2nd shift to support their Composite Manufacturing efforts, participating in CNC composite trimming production and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
Assist machine operators with fixture setups, loading/unloading, and machine cleanup
Assist in organizational projects like CNC cutters and shop tools storage and CNC trim fixture inventory and organization
Regularly use hand tools, like power drills and torque wrenches, to setup fixtures
Regularly operate heavy equipment, like a forklift and crane, to safely move and organize fixtures ranging from 20lb-1200lbs
Perform deburring and cleaning operations on finished, CNC trimmed composite parts
Clean and organize shop space daily
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Establish and continuously improve a well-organized and safe environment for all workspaces
Do a variety of supporting tasks that are needed to get the job done
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
Work schedule Monday- Friday 3:30pm- 12am
Ability to lift over 50 lbs. unassisted and stand at a workstation for extended periods (over 4 hours), excluding meals and breaks
Experience in a machine shop environment
Hands-on, mechanical attitude, detail-oriented work habits
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
Effective organizational skills to manage a high volume of shop equipment
Experience operating heavy equipment like a forklift and crane
