Responsibilities
Perform simple filing, information gathering, typing, and office skills
Open, sort, distribute/deliver and pick up internal mail, correspondence, etc
Answer phones and receive visitors referring inquiries to other staff members or handling routine matters
Operate office machinery (computers, copier, etc.)
Enter computerized data into appropriate databases, verify data, prepare periodic reports in proper format, and check files for correct spelling and grammar
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid Driver's License
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 1-3 years of relevant experience
DoD Secret Clearance Required
