Responsibilities
Operates single stroke and automatic presses in the Stamping Department in accordance with established procedures
Loads, feeds and unloads stock or blanks into the machine
Maintains care and attention to the performance of machines, tooling, and dies
Assist die setters in installation of dies, tooling and protective devices
To assure product meets quality standards
Responsible for clean up of work area and to adhere to company housekeeping standards and procedures
Prepares required production reports and make minor alignment adjustment
Execute all job responsibilities in accordance with ISO/QS-9000 requirements
Actively participate in the CPCI process and incorporate the zero defect standard in all work
Other job responsibilities, not specifically listed here, that may be determined necessary by the supervisor

Ability to understand press operations after being trained
Ability to properly lift, push or pull 45 pounds
Basic math and reading skills
