Commercial Excellence Analyst

Urgo Medical North America is seeking a Commercial Excellence Analyst to support their Commercial Organization by managing data, tools, and processes for sales and marketing excellence. This role involves ensuring smooth operation of commercial systems, maintaining data integrity, and providing analytical support to enhance field effectiveness and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Maintain and administer key Commercial tools and systems (Salesforce.com, targeting tools, Power BI dashboards, etc.)
Support the onboarding of new commercial hires by managing access, data setup, and tool training
Collaborate with IT and external partners to troubleshoot or enhance system functionalities
Prepare and distribute recurring commercial and marketing performance reports
Support ad-hoc analytical requests from Sales, Marketing, and Management
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to help drive commercial performance
Serve as the first line of support for Sales and Marketing teams regarding data, tools, and reporting
Document and maintain key commercial processes (CRM workflows, reporting cycles, targeting updates, etc.)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT) to ensure alignment on data sources, reporting standards, and process timelines
Partner with the Business Intelligence Specialist to automate reporting processes and improve visualization tools
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and standardization of commercial processes
Stay informed on new tools, technologies, and best practices in commercial excellence and analytics

Required

BA/BS in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field preferred
2-5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Data/CRM support role (healthcare experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce.com)
Experience with programming languages, Python preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Proactive, curious and eager to learn new tools and processes
Motivated by problem-solving and continuous improvement
Passionate about enabling sales and marketing success through operational excellence
