Responsibilities
Provide leadership and program management, in Region, to the above functions as a Solutions SME and Program Manager
Adopt and leverage the use of appropriate tools in the Region, to ensure smooth and consistent transition from Project to Ongoing Support Services by KGSO Global Ops and KGSO Onsite Delivery Teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to :
Deliver Solution Implementation Services
Introduce new Solutions into the Region
Transition Services from the acquired M&A entity’s team into the Regions
Qualification
Required
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience with Electronic Test and Measurement calibration and repair services
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Product Support Services, Engineering, etc (KGSO and other Keysight Organizations)
Proven technical and leadership skills to drive change and influence teams
Experience with Keysight Product Lifecycle process (KLC) or SPLC
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage incoming service requests from different channels
Preferred
PMP Certification
Vertical Industry Solutions experience (Automotive, Aerospace/Defense and/or Communications)
Test as a Service (TaaS)
Mergers and Acquisition Integration Experience
