Transaction Advisory Services Director

They are seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Director to drive their practice, manage client relationships, and develop a high-performing team. The role involves leading due diligence engagements and collaborating with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.

Accounting

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the TAS practice across core Firm niches
Identify market opportunities and lead business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
Collaborate with other service lines (e.g., Tax, Assurance, Information Technology and Data Solutions) to deliver integrated solutions
Establish and monitor KPIs for engagement profitability, client satisfaction, team utilization, and cross-sell service line collaboration
Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and financial modeling
Provide expert guidance on deal structuring, purchase price adjustments and deal terms
Maintain and grow relationships with private equity firms, business clients, and strategic partner
Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of TAS professionals
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to professional standards

Required

Minimum 10 years of experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, or corporate M&A with deep expertise in financial due diligence
Proven track record of leading complex engagements and managing client relationships
Deep understanding of middle-market dynamics, industry-specific transaction issues, US GAAP, financial modeling, and deal mechanics
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
