Responsibilities

Build production-ready AI agents that handle document parsing, portfolio automation, and client workflows

Develop AI-powered insights and visualizations that make financial data clear and actionable

Drive the full lifecycle of agent development, from prototype to deployment and iteration, ensuring reliability and impact in production

Collaborate directly with customers and the founding team to solve real-world financial problems with AI

Qualification

Required

A builder with high agency who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and ships quickly

Comfortable with modern AI/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI

MUST have deployed them into production with real users

Proficient with LLMs, agent orchestration, and browser automation frameworks such as Playwright

Experienced in Python (our core backend language) and comfortable with React/TypeScript (our frontend stack)

Skilled at using observability and evaluation tools like LangSmith to measure and improve agent performance

Preferred

Have built browser automation or scraping frameworks at scale

Have worked in fintech, wealth management, or other data-heavy domains

Have been a founder or early engineer who knows how to balance speed and craft
