Responsibilities

Implement a sustainable ASCA aligned system of tiered supports to address student emotional, behavioral, and mental health supports for elementary academic counseling
Ensure all elementary school counselors and deans are developed, aligned with the ASCA model, and supported to provide each student with an individualized and equitable academic trajectory
Leverage data to surface and address programmatic gaps and inequities and scale effective programs to increase student achievement
Develop professional development and support to build school personnel knowledge and skill

Qualification

Master’s degree in counselingFacilitating professional developmentCreating training programsCertified School CounselorMicrosoft Office SuiteGoogle Office SuiteSpanish speakingTeam management

Required

Master's degree in counseling or counseling related field
Two years' experience facilitating professional development systems and structures required
Two years' experience creating and implementing training required

Preferred

Experience managing a team preferred
Certified School Counselor or Licensed, eligible Therapist preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Spanish speaking a plus
