They are seeking a skilled Lead Mitigation Technician to lead and supervise work crews in varied restoration scenarios while ensuring high standards of work and effective communication with clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise work crew assigned to work with you
Ability to determine the scope of work
Ability to problem solve without direction
Have a positive attitude and can motivate coworkers
Effectively communicate scope of work with customer
Accurately complete job 'paperwork'
Ability to document scope of work in mitigation applications
Ability to work with MICA, Solitaire, and Packout software
Daily check-in with Supervisor
Hold a high standard of work
Perform multiple tasks relating to restoration and mitigation industry including, but not limited to the following:
Demolition
Board ups
Cleaning
Dry-Outs
Pack-Outs
Setting equipment
Work with a team or independently
Qualification
Required
2 years Mitigation experience
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, accept over-time, and be on an on-call rotation
Highly motivated with a team approach
Dependable, reliable and responsible
Applicant must be able to lift 70 pounds throughout scheduled shifts

Valid driver's license and good driving record and ability to pass an MVR screening
Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
Must pass a background check
Preferred
IICRC certifications in Water & Fire - preferred but not necessary
