Territory Sales Manager - Portland

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with acute care and other healthcare accounts in assigned territory
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic planning
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance
Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates
Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage large territories and travel extensively
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Intermediate computer proficiency (CRM, reporting tools)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

Acute care call point experience
Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable with overnight travel and managing multi-state territory
