Responsibilities
Oversee all outpatient behavioral health services and ensure clinical excellence across programs
Provide supervision for therapists, interns, and associates (QMHA/QMHP/THW)
Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain talented mental health providers
Develop and maintain QA standards, documentation protocols, and EMR oversight
Maintain a small caseload (~10 hours per week) while mentoring your clinical team
Partner with program developers to design sustainable, evidence-based community programs
Promote Treehouse’s mission, vision, and values through every aspect of leadership
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctorate (MA, MS, MSW, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Active Oregon License: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
Minimum two years of post-licensure experience and ability to provide clinical supervision
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience managing teams or behavioral health programs preferred
