Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing strategic guidance on resource allocation and cost optimization
Collaborate with accounting team on monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis to identify trends, drive corrective actions, and maintain data integrity across all financial reporting
Lead ad hoc financial analysis projects to drive operational efficiency improvements across the organization
Qualification
Required
3+ of experience in a FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles
Current and/or previous experience from a tech company (or having supported tech clients) required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proficiency in building and maintaining financial and operational models
Proficiency with accounting principles and strong understanding of the financial statements
Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience collaborating with C-suite and high level executives in a professional setting
Proven track record of ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA or CPA preferred

How financial KPIs can be connected to operational metrics to better understand short and long term performance
How to align financial planning processes with the evolving needs of high-growth tech-driven companies
You have expertise in building dynamic financial models that support budgeting and forecasting
Partnering cross functionally with both business stakeholders and accounting teams to improve accuracy and efficiency
Conducting variance analyses and distilling trends into clear recommendations
You love to dive into data to uncover trends and insights that shape strategic decision making
Collaborate with leaders across departments to solve problems and optimize processes
Create structure and clarity in ambiguous and fast paced environments
