Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot HR system and integration/file feed issues

Support implementation and testing of new/recurring data integration projects

Provide technical support for Sonepeople modules (LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding)

Perform system configuration tasks including table maintenance, security design, and administration

Assist with reporting and analytics as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

1–3 years experience with HCM systems (SuccessFactors, Ceridian, ADP, UltiPro, Paychex)

1–3 years advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Functions)

1–3 years strong customer service and communication skills

1–3 years critical thinking and analytical ability

1–3 years ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field
