Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission Radiometer diagnostic instruments at customer sites
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance visits and corrective repairs
Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues
Ensure all instruments operate according to Radiometer specifications and safety standards
Provide high-quality on-site technical support with a professional, customer-focused approach
Train end-users on instrument basics, daily operation, and simple troubleshooting steps
Communicate findings clearly and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities
Manage spare parts usage and inventory responsibly
Meet response-time and service-quality KPIs and follow DBS continuous improvement standards
Adhere to Radiometer and Danaher quality, regulatory, and safety procedures
Ensure installations comply with local safety and electrical standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Military service completed (mandatory requirement)
Valid Turkish driver's license
3+ years of hands-on technical service experience (medical or healthcare experience required)
Preferred
Experience with electromechanical systems, analyzers, lab equipment, or electronic instruments
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Basic English proficiency (for technical manuals, reporting, and documentation)
Good communication and customer service ability
Willingness to travel regularly across Eastern Turkey
