Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Python scripts and Dayforce Integration Studio
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines between internal and third-party systems
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation using XML, JSON, and related technologies
Troubleshoot and optimize API performance, ensuring reliability and data accuracy
Maintain technical documentation including data schemas, endpoints, and transformation logic
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Engineering) to define requirements and deliver integration projects on time

Qualification

PythonREST API designXML/JSON handlingIntegration platformsAuthentication mechanismsDebugging skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

3+ years of experience developing system integrations or APIs using Python
Strong hands-on experience with REST API design, XML/JSON data handling, and transformation logic
Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Dayforce Integration Studio, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT) and data exchange standards
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
