Responsibilities
Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the next generation of RSR Delivery Stations
Work closely with a partner teams in Engineering, Tech and Operations to build impactful products
Identify new programs to onboard and integrate
Lead execution of the product with high-level of discipline and engagement with the product development teams
Present concepts, designs, program updates and roadmap to senior leadership on a frequent basis. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hold partner teams accountable for delivery of project roadmap. Own a part of the vision of the next generation RSR DS roadmap, including execution. Meet defined milestones and delivery dates
Drive a culture of innovation across the RSR Strategic Planning and Process Engineering Org

Qualification
Required
5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
Preferred
Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools
