Responsibilities

Cost & Schedule Management – Develop, maintain, and track Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Earned Value Management (EVM) data; generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost schedule reports; lead schedule status meetings, EV reviews, and Cost & Schedule Review boards
Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with Program Management, Engineering, Subcontract Management, Finance, and external suppliers; facilitate cross functional tag ups (Subcontract Manager, Execution Leads, Director, etc.); drive closure of action items and follow up on “pop up” CAM tasks
Risk & Opportunity Management – Identify, document, and track contract risks using Active Risk Management; develop mitigation plans and monitor effectiveness; support creation and approval of Non Production Requests (NPRs)
Tool & Data Stewardship – Utilize VAR, APTS BOE, ADAR Blocks, Empower, IWTA, and Microsoft Project for data capture and analysis; maintain project artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Financial & Procurement Oversight – Review and approve supplier/sub invoices and change orders; ensure compliance with financial policies and contract terms
Continuous Improvement – Recommend process enhancements for CAM activities

Required

Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development)
Proven ability to develop PowerPoint presentations
Experience with Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel
Experience presenting to external customer and internal management
Experience with Agile Account Management and Scrum/Kanban tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Certifications – CAM certification (mandatory)

Preferred

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
