The role involves supervising NDT Level II technicians, managing project schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with RT program standards.

Review and approve radiographic inspection reports
Supervise and mentor NDT Level II technicians
Oversee project schedules, resources, and compliance requirements
Manage RT rig utilization and field operations
Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular site visits
Ensure adherence to RT program standards and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
ASNT Level III in RT (required)
Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, oil & gas, manufacturing)
Strong technical reporting and communication skills
Proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
