Propelled Brands is a multi-brand platform company supporting franchise brands such as FASTSIGNS. The Project Manager will work closely with National Account customers, managing inquiries and orders while ensuring a high level of customer experience.

Responsibilities

Receive and review new inquiries and orders
Communicate with customers about sign programs and answer any questions
Enter new jobs into the project management software and create a scope of work based on the type of job
Research and select franchisee or subcontractors to complete the work
Contact landlords for sign criteria, insurance requirements, and property use-/ subcontractor regulations as needed
Work with the art department to have accurate artwork created
Competitively bid on projects as needed to ensure that clients are receiving the best prices
Work with manufacturers to have signs constructed per customer requirements
Develop and improve tools necessary for managing projects
Maintain accurate data and statutes within the project management software
Assist team and complete other related tasks as needed

Required

High School Diploma/GED required
Project management in the sign industry
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
