Responsibilities

Manage and maintain rate data for GSA and Department of State (DOS) international relocations
Ensure full compliance with GSA tenders and DOS shipping program requirements
Analyse rate structures and implement accurate updates across internal systems
Liaise with pricing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure data integrity
Audit billing details and documentation for accuracy
Monitor and interpret changes in government tender policies and pricing guidelines
Generate rate summaries and reports for internal teams and government stakeholders
Maintain records to support tender filings and pricing changes
Assist with preparing bids and supporting documentation for contract renewals
Respond to rate-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Support internal teams with process documentation and training on GSA/DOS rate procedures

Required

Experience with GSA or DOS government moving programs

Previous experience in moving or relocation services, particularly for government clients
