Talent Sourcer Lead [Recruitment]
Platacard is actively growing and seeking a Senior or Lead Talent Sourcer to join their Non-IT Recruitment team. This role involves building a systematic sourcing function for the Product Analytics track, focusing on strategy, performance analytics, and candidate quality to enhance hiring processes.

Responsibilities
Build and develop sourcing strategies together with the Lead Recruiter
Maintain the sourcing system: company mapping, Boolean search queries, and platform databases
Set up and manage funnel analytics and track channel effectiveness
Conduct active candidate sourcing and maintain CRM / Greenhouse
Test new sourcing channels and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
Improve and influence talent acquisition processes in the Non-IT domain
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a sourcer
Experience with performance analytics and understanding of recruitment funnels
Strong knowledge of tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, HH, Getmatch, Telegram, and Boolean search queries
Ability to test hypotheses, explore new channels, and evaluate their effectiveness
English proficiency at B2 level
High systematization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality results
Preferred
Proven experience leading and developing a team of sourcers
