Responsibilities
Lead the Mechanical Services design for a range of Data Centre and building projects
Design and specify complex mechanical systems (HVAC, LTHW, Chilled Water, etc.)
Produce detailed schematics and fully detailed tender packages
Mentor junior engineers and develop internal design standards
Manage project scope, budgets, and reports, liaising directly with clients, architects, and project managers
Monitor installation quality on site until project completion
Qualification
Required
10+ years as a Senior Engineer with essential, in-depth mechanical building services design experience within Data Centre engineering projects
Honours Degree (Chartered status is a strong advantage)
Deep working knowledge of key standards (CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS, and EN Standards)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Dialux, Amtech (or similar), and REVIT is a significant plus
Proven ability to lead projects confidently from the concept stage to successful handover
Excellent ability to liaise with clients and project stakeholders
