Responsibilities

Analyze risks and assist in developing tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs

Respond to client queries and concerns promptly to ensure high client satisfaction

Support the design, development, and marketing of reinsurance solutions to attract new accounts

Assist senior Brokers with complex client assignments and provide guidance to junior Brokers on market trends

Monitor accounts, including payments and collections, to anticipate and prevent potential issues

Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance/reinsurance companies to facilitate effective communication and service
