Responsibilities

Own Exiger’s Risk function end-to-end

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of :10 engineers (frontend, backend, and data), fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement

Drive delivery of new features across multiple services and systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality releases

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Data Science, Infrastructure, as well as other dev teams to align priorities and deliver business value

Oversee architecture and design decisions, helping the team make tradeoffs between performance, scalability, and time-to-market

Ensure reliability and observability across our microservices ecosystem, including production monitoring, alerting, and recovery

Ensure operational excellence, managing the CI/CD lifecycle, testing, and deployments

Scale systems and processes as the company grows—helping us transition from rapid development to sustainable, high-quality delivery at scale
