Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation sessions to ensure a seamless and engaging start for new employees

Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate onboarding logistics and continuously improve the process for efficiency and impact

Act as the in-office HR presence and culture ambassador — welcoming new hires, supporting team needs, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment

Coordinate in-office logistics and employee experience activities (e.g., team events, celebrations, engagement touchpoints, office operations)

Partner with HRBP to support engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives that strengthen team connection and well-being

Foster a warm, inclusive, and professional workplace culture through everyday interactions and initiatives

Partner with business leaders and global HRBPs to execute HR programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with employment laws and company policies

Support HR process improvements, policy updates, and system enhancements to drive efficiency and improve employee experience

Manage employee relations cases in partnership with HRBPs, including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations

Provide guidance to managers on performance management, documentation, and disciplinary actions under HRBP supervision

Administer and advise on compensation, benefits, and leave of absence programs, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes and transactions related to pay, benefits, and time off
