Responsibilities

You will deliver hands-on design solutions for moderately complex consumer travel search, booking and checkout experiences

You will actively engage in research and collaborate with our researcher to evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements and refinements towards achieving desired outcomes in property partner-facing products

You will acquire deep domain knowledge in OTA (Online Travel Agency) business through daily collaboration with product leaders, analyzing research insights, and working closely with product stakeholders

You will represent ‘Agoda Design’ by advocating user-centric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints

You will collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes, validating and shaping ideas to experiment with and build upon, thereby influencing enterprise product strategy and roadmap

Required

5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products

Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders with agile development process

Proficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools and prototyping

A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web-based products or mobile applications that with complexities

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English

Good visual skills, familiarity with components usage

Preferred

in-house designer experience highly preferred
