Responsibilities

Support internal and client-related projects by organizing documentation, updating trackers, preparing materials, and helping move tasks forward across teams
Connect across multiple people and teams to gather updates, clarify next steps, and keep workstreams aligned
Format, polish, and QA presentation materials – improving structure, fixing grammar, and ensuring all slides meet quality standards
Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before internal review or client sharing
Work autonomously in a global remote environment, using judgment to keep tasks progressing and escalating only when needed
Take accountability for assigned tasks from start to finish, proactively communicating status and meeting deadlines

Required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal English communication
Proficient PowerPoint/Google Slides skills; ability to improve design, layout, and clarity
Strong attention to detail, especially in quality assurance and written reviews
Clear communicator who is comfortable following up with team members and managing workflows
Ability to work independently and proactively across time zones
Interest in marketing analytics, account coordination, or project management
Must be able to work until approximately 11:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time

Preferred

Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools is a plus
