Responsibilities
Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy and planning for Influencer partnerships and Affiliate marketing program in Poland and Rest of Europe
Own performance management, publisher sourcing, negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress towards growth targets
Oversee and nurture partner relationships
Partner closely with the data organisation in improving tracking capabilities and measuring effectiveness
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as Affiliate/ Partnerships Manager in a business-to-consumer and app-first business, including 2+ years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company
Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel
Experience in managing external partners and vendors
Exceptional negotiation skills
You are proficient in English and Polish
Preferred
Fluency in other European languages preferred
