Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions and Epicor process mapping with clients
Design and configure Epicor ERP systems to align with clients’ current and future-state processes
Create and deliver Business Process Reviews (BPRs) including documentation and presentations
Develop functional requirement documents and translate business needs into ERP solutions
Build, test, and implement fully functional Epicor systems including advanced modules
Guide clients through UAT, cutovers, and post-go-live support
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training sessions
Provide demos and support sales/marketing initiatives as needed

Required

Must be able to work full time without visa sponsorship
Full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations
Strong hands-on experience with BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and Customizations
Strong hands-on experience with SSRS Reports, SQL, and Data Integrations
Strong hands-on experience with Epicor REST API and Service Connect
Deep functional understanding of Shipping, Planning, MES, MRP, and Finance modules
Strong knowledge of multi-site configuration and process standardization
Must be willing to travel up to 75% to client sites and industry conferences
Must have current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship offered now or in the future)
