Responsibilities

Create awareness and generate interest in Oyster through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, and social outreach)
Partner seamlessly with Sales Executives to drive mid-market and SMB pipeline velocity
Qualify and schedule high-value meetings that convert into tangible sales opportunities
Present and clearly articulate Oyster’s global employment platform to target buyers
Organize, optimize, and manage your pipeline for maximum efficiency and predictable results
Serve as the voice of the market, collaborating with the GTM team (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to translate buyer intelligence into strategy

Required

Currently based within the Americas region
Minimum 6 months of demonstrated success in a customer-centric role (e.g., sales, hospitality, customer success, recruiting) where your results demonstrably relied on proactively engaging people and cultivating genuine relationships to drive a specific, measurable outcome
Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one)
Fluent English language skills
