Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other key industry players
Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce our services and demonstrate the value we bring to clients
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and promote the company’s services
Oversee the production of title insurance policies, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business opportunities, and market conditions for management review
Qualification
Required
Must hold a valid Title Producer License in the state of New Jersey
Minimum of 3 years of experience in title insurance or related fields, with a focus on business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make compelling presentations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on market data
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry partners
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative approach to work and ability to support team objectives
Familiarity with title production software and Microsoft Office Suite
