Responsibilities

Build Scalable Solutions: Architect and oversee unified data ingestion, processing, and integration systems across products

User Personas: Understand User Persona and translate user insights into actionable product requirements and improvements

Set Platform Strategy: Define and drive the vision for our core platform, ensuring it scales with our evolving product suite

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, and data science to transform internal needs into actionable solutions by prioritizing user needs and handling conflicts for efficient product execution

Communicate Skills and Impact: Clearly articulate strategy and performance to technical teams and senior stakeholders, securing alignment and buy-in

A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies

Proven Product Development Lifecycle Expertise: 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of steering a full product development lifecycle—from defining requirements to aligning engineering execution and ensuring successful delivery for internal stakeholders

Platform-Centric Problem Solver: Expertise in developing unified platforms for data ingestion, processing, and integration across diverse products. Your technical experience should include transforming complex internal needs into scalable, modular solutions

Cross-Functional Communication Excellence: Strong skills in collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams, effectively prioritizing features and communicating platform strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences

Customer-Driven Execution: A knack for translating internal and external feedback into robust solutions that enhance product capabilities, along with a proven ability to deliver compelling, highly-effective presentations to drive consensus and clarity

Preferred

Prior experience in building PaaS (Product as a service) or platform modules such as user and onboarding services, search, and other core functionality would be a plus
