Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and accurate information
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service insurance experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
